Sportsbook Partnerships With Arizona Tribal Casinos Growing

The Arizona sports betting partnerships with tribal casinos keep coming.

With the announcement on Friday that Churchill Downs-owned TwinSpires AZ Sportsbook will partner with the Tonto Apache Tribe, owner and operator of the Payson-based Mazatzal Hotel & Casino, the total number of sportsbook/tribal casinos partnerships is up to five.

This deal allows for a TwinSpires retail sportsbook to open within the hotel and casino and for TwinSpires to launch its online sportsbook within the state, subject to regulatory approvals.

Other Tribal Partnerships
