Key Contributors Toward Cardinals Super Bowl Odds

After a 3–14 season that included a nine-game losing streak and a last-place finish in the NFC West, head coach Jonathan Gannon and the Cardinals parted ways. Now Mike LaFleur looks to lead the rebuild with quarterbacks Jacoby Brissett, Gardner Minshew, and Carson Beck competing for the starting role.

Rookie running back Jeremiyah Love is expected to boost the offense with help from tight end Trey McBride and wide receiver Michael Wilson. The Cardinals will need to rely on a quarterback who can create instant chemistry and quickly build timing with the offense to lead the unit against competitive division teams such as the Seahawks and Rams. Defensively, the focus will turn to leaders like Budda Baker, Cody Simon, and Zaven Collins to set the tone and anchor the group.

Cardinals Super Bowl Prediction and Outlook

Beyond the quarterback spot, there are several other roles to address. Arizona heads into 2026 with Jacoby Brissett, Gardner Minshew, and draft pick Carson Beck competing under center. Trey McBride, Marvin Harrison Jr., and Michael Wilson lead the offensive skill group, while Jeremiyah Love was added to bolster the run game.

Defensively, edge rusher Walter Nolen will need to step up, with Budda Baker and Garrett Williams anchoring the secondary.

The Cardinals' playoff chances are a slim 4.8% ahead of the season, but that could change if they start the new season racking up wins.
