The NBA has released the Phoenix Suns schedule for the 2026-27 regular season. The 82 game slate opens October 21 and wraps up April 11, and includes nine nationally televised games along with the 2027 NBA All-Star Weekend in Phoenix.

Phoenix Opens at Portland

Phoenix starts the season on the road Wednesday, October 21, against the Portland Trail Blazers. The home opener follows Saturday, October 24, against the Golden State Warriors.

The longest homestand of the season is a seven game run beginning November 4. The longest road trip is six games in March, starting March 8 at Miami and ending March 17 at the Los Angeles Lakers. Phoenix closes the regular season April 11, also against the Lakers in Los Angeles.

Nine Suns games are set for national television: six on NBC and Peacock, two on ESPN and one on Prime Video. Two of the 82 games have not been placed yet. Those will be scheduled between December 4 and December 10 once Emirates NBA Cup results are final. The full schedule also provides the dates for games that will be relevant to Arizona sports betting throughout the season.

Suns Land in West Group A for the NBA Cup

Phoenix is in West Group A for the 2026 Emirates NBA Cup, grouped with the Denver Nuggets, Houston Rockets, Dallas Mavericks and Utah Jazz. Each team plays the other four in its group once.

Group play runs October 30 through November 27. The knockout rounds run December 4 through December 9, with quarterfinals on December 4 and 5 and semifinals on December 8 or 9. The championship game follows on December 11 at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Those four group games count as regular season games, so they sit on the schedule alongside everything else and odds will be available on Arizona betting apps.

Phoenix Hosts 2027 NBA All-Star Weekend

Phoenix hosts NBA All-Star Weekend from February 19 to February 21, 2027. Rising Stars is set for Friday, February 19, followed by State Farm All-Star Saturday Night on February 20, which includes the Kia Skills Challenge, the STARRY 3-Point Challenge and AT&T Slam Dunk.

The 76th NBA All-Star Game is Sunday, February 21, at Mortgage Matchup Center, the Suns home arena. It is the fourth time Phoenix has hosted the event, after 1975, 1995 and 2009.
