Arizona sports betting handle reached $663,931,556 in June 2026, according to the Arizona Department of Gaming. The department reported the figure as an approximate 22.3 percent increase compared to June 2025.
Total Wagering Handle and Payouts
Bettors in the state wagered $663,931,556 across retail and mobile platforms during the month. Mobile made up $661,863,864 of that total, while retail sportsbooks handled $2,067,692. Operators paid out $610,084,279 in winnings. According to the official report from the ADG, after payouts and federal excise tax, adjusted gross event wagering receipts came to $52,393,289.
Revenue After Promotional Credits
Operators deducted $21,718,538 in free bets and promotional credits. That left $30,674,750 in adjusted gross event wagering receipts subject to privilege fees.
Privilege Fees and State Revenue
June activity generated $3,066,808 in event wagering privilege fees, assessed at 10 percent on mobile receipts and 8 percent on retail receipts. Fantasy sports operators reported $9,307,590 in state entry fees and $1,737,203 in adjusted revenue, generating $86,860 in privilege fees.
Together the two categories have produced about $3.2 million for the state so far in fiscal year 2027. Since Arizona launched legal sports betting in 2021, bettors have wagered about $36.0 billion and operators have paid about $193.7 million in event wagering privilege fees.
Which Operators Led the Market
DraftKings led mobile wagering with $197,001,758, followed by FanDuel Arizona Sportsbooks at $195,096,127, Fanatics Sportsbook at $70,310,527 and BetMGM at $67,841,681. Those four Arizona betting apps accounted for about 80 percent of the state's mobile wagering. Bet365 ranked fifth at $50,936,375. On the retail side, DraftKings, Caesars and BetMGM were the only operators reporting handle for the month.
The Arizona Department of Gaming notes that the figures are self reported by operators and are subject to adjustment after audit and review.
