What is Arizona’s Top Beer Brand?

Fact Checked by Michael Peters

Few states have the elongated spring Arizona does, with warm temperatures rarely leaving the state’s southern reaches, while the northern outposts bask in a more temperate climate year-round.

That sun splashed environment makes enjoying a cold beer all the more enjoyable in the traditional spring months like March and April, when Arizona’s temperatures hover in the 70s and 80s, before the crush of summer arrives.

With National Beer Day fast approaching April 7, BetArizona.com wanted to know what beers have the highest brand awareness in the Grand Canyon State. Utilizing Google Trends, BetArizona.com took a break from reviewing Arizona betting promos and ranked the search volume interest scores in Arizona from the top 10 American beer brands according to a recent survey from Statista. The top 5 from those results are the following:

Modelo Dominates in Arizona

Of the many beer brands that Arizonans can find on their local store shelves, it appears Grand Canyon State residents prefer Modelo of Mexico City the most, with a search interest score of 37.

Constellation Brands had the top two beers in Arizona, with Corona finishing No. 2 at 17. Bud Light (13 search interest score), Michelob (9 search interest score) and Coors Light (5 search interest score) round out the list. Modelo surpassed Bud Light as the top selling beer in America in 2023.

Regardless of which style of beer is your go-to, it seems certain millions of Arizona residents will go to their fridge and pull out their suds of choice come April 7. And while you’re drinking your beer of choice, keep reading BetArizona.com for the best Arizona betting apps reviews.
