Diamondbacks Make Top 10 List of Favorite, Most Unhealthy MLB Foods

The opening month of the MLB regular season across Arizona sports betting provides players the unique opportunity to get their feet under them before the grind of summer arrives, allowing younger players to gain confidence ahead of the stretch run.

To figure this out, we asked fans to submit their favorite unhealthy fare within Reddit.com’s subreddit r/mlb. We ranked the top 10 most unhinged, unhealthy, yet fan-favorite foods based on the number of upvotes a comment received.

Diamondbacks Tie With Orioles' Warehouse Dog

Among the myriad of novelty food items, the Nats’ mambo fried chicken sandwich garnered the most upvotes of them all, with Washington’s total of 30 beating out the Tampa Bay Rays’ pulled pork BBQ nachos, which had 14 upvotes.  

Those two beat out the Colorado Rockies’ Rocky Mountain oysters (11 upvotes), the Diamondbacks’ churro dog and the warehouse dog at Camden Yards in Baltimore (four upvotes each).  

Throw in the slider dog in Cleveland (six upvotes), the San Francisco Giants’ garlic fries (five upvotes), the rattlesnake hot dogs series from the Texas Rangers (four upvotes), the Rays’ sweet pretzel bits (three upvotes) and the Milwaukee Brewers’ feast known only as “The Beast” and you have the full list across the MLB for 2024.
